Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing quotation and business proposal
• Establish and maintain customer database and filing system.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure services required by customers are met
• Conduct monthly reports and analyze operation data
• Analyze sales trends, compare current and historical data
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Logistics Management or related disciplines
• 1 year of experience in warehousing or logistics industry would be an advantage
• Attention to details and good numerical sense
• Independent and detail minded. Able to work under pressure and handle multi-tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS offices (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Chinese word processing etc)
• Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua is a must)
• Five Day Work, Fresh Graduates are also welcome
• Immediate available will be an advantage
