| Footnotes | Notice is hereby given that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of Cogent Holdings Limited (the Company) will be closed on 9 September 2010 for the purpose of determining members entitlements to the second interim dividend of 1.39 Singapore cents per share in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2010.
Duly completed registerable transfers in respect of the shares in the Company received by the Companys Share Registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd., 50 Raffles Place #32-01 Singapore Land Tower, Singapore 048623 up to 5.00 p.m. on 8 September 2010 will be registered to determine members entitlements to the said second interim dividend. Members whose Securities Accounts with the Central Depository (Pte) Ltd are credited with shares in the Company at 5.00 p.m. on 8 September 2010 will be entitled to the said second interim dividend. The second interim dividend of 1.39 Singapore cents per share will be paid on 22 September 2010. The initial public offering of the Company’s shares was sponsored by Kim Eng Corporate Finance Pte. Ltd., who assumes no responsibility of the content of this announcement. |
