• Lead the team of Customer Service Officers to process order requests from customers


• Actively engage with customers to resolve feedback to ensure high level of satisfaction


• Monitor and forecast dip/surge in container/ cargo/ material/ inventory and movement


• Liaise with customers about container/cargo/material/ inventory and other administrative and customer service duties


• Liaise with internal departments, vendors and third parties to process order requests from customers


• Maintain all shipping and tracking records of customer inventory and movement accurately


• Generate, maintain and submit a variety of reports periodically or as and when required


• Attend to customers’ requests to ensure customer satisfaction and retention


• Perform billing to customers


• Adhere to statutory/company’s safety and health policies, procedures and regulations


• Any other duties as and when assigned by supervisor

• Diploma Holders


• Minimum 2 years customer service experience (in Logistics industry will be an added advantage)


• Knowledge in WMS and SAP will be a plus


• Possess strong leadership skills


• Strong logic and good communication skills


• Alternate Saturday

• Handle and tally cargo


• Operate the Forklift


• Assist your reporting Manager with the smooth operations of the warehouse operations


• Adhere to statutory/company’s safety and health policies, procedures and regulations


• Any other duties as and when assigned by supervisor

• Possess Forklift license


• Able to work beyond office hours if necessary


• Able to work Every Saturday (5.5 days work week)

Prime Mover Driver

• Drive a Prime Mover.


• Trucking of empty or loaded container or project cargoes.

• Possess class 4/5 driving licence.


• Good safety records with zero traffic demerit points.
